There is no housing for the homeless veterans, only PRISON-LIKE WAREHOUSING....

That may be true because prison-like warehousing is how it is at most shelters which is why so many people choose to live in vehicles. However, if the prison-like warehousing is temporary and leads to housing in no more than a years time we think it might be doable and worth it. We also think that its up to the person to try and make their shelter time worth living by leaving the shelter for other activities such as church, classes, gym, library - job resources, etc.
