Eugene Oregon is the home of a university, and we hear there are many students who become homeless when their intention was to go to college.
This is not just EUGENE but because many students cannot afford the cost of housing around universities WHERE LANDLORDS (often home owners) ARE NOTORIOUS FOR STICKING IT TO STUDENTS!
