IS BAD CREDIT KEEPING YOU ON THE STREET?
We know people who are somehow working at jobs while sleeping in cars or in sleeping bags in the park... they have some money set aside but due to bad credit (especially evictions) they cannot seem to get anyone to rent to them, even in this GREAT DEPRESSION!

This explains the scenario in Massachusetts where even the weekly rooming-houses check credit but what about all the other states - there must be some state where you can rent a room even if you're an agency temp, working part time, substitute teaching, but have bad credit.
