Homeless people often have very unhealthy diets. Besides not always being able to buy food, they often cannot cook food unless their in a park that allows picnicking and don't have refrigeration unless they keep ice in a cooler in their vehicle. That can get expensive. If you're on foot, forget it!
If this is you, we are wondering if there are any free or low cost clinics near you that would let you keep your insulin in their refrigerator (without making daily appointments that would be billed out to the state, county, federal government) and where you can give yourself shots.
