WE KNOW PANIC HAS ALREADY SET IN. THIS IS A TERRIBLE BLOW FOR MOST SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER HOLDERS. It's very difficult to find housing that is below market rates and accessible to decent public transportation. We can hope for a miracle...
