Once again our leaders are thinking in terms of ethnic cleansing. They want homeless to go around with nothing but what can be carried in pockets and a knapsack on the back. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LOCAL MAIL SERVICE SPOTS, PARKING FOR PEOPLE SLEEPING IN CARS, or MINI STORAGE/LOCKERS.
