Los Angeles Family Housing plans to break ground on September 30, 2010 for GLENOAKS GARDENS, intended to house mentally ill homeless, at 8925 Glenoaks Blvd, Sun Valley, California.

I stayed at LA Family Housing and know several people who did at the Valley Shelter. A lot of mentally ill people from other mental health programs stay there. The place is out of control with on site and in the room violence. Not just because of mentally ill people either. I was scared.
