2015 The HOMELESS COUNT... including shelters, streets, and vehicles. Using HUD's definition of individuals and families residing in places not fit for living, shelters, and transitional housing.
Their definition of CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS is expanded to a year and a half, or four bouts in three years.
