UPDATE: The mission is running a cold weather shelter for the 2015-2016 season which is located in Pacoima. Please go to our recent October - Nov 2015 posts for a link to ALL SHELTERS operating that are being publically financed. Smaller shelters and YEAR ROUND SHELTERS also exist.

We're CONFUSED. We know about and have blogged about HOPE OF THE VALLEY RESCUE MISSION before, the thrift store and shelter located at 8165 San Fernando Rd.

However we recently saw a flyer that said that this organization is operating a cold weather shelter through March 15 2015 that includes GLENDALE...but does not list an address in Glendale. Is there a secret shelter in Glendale?

WALK INS OK but only one small bag allowed and no shopping carts so for those who have a storage unit, vehicle, or can travel very light.
Line up at 5:30 not before. Open 6 PM through 7 AM.
SHOWER, HOT DINNER AND BREAKFAST, SAFE SLEEPING.
