Cocaine Anonymous began in Los Angeles November 18th, 1982, and has since expanded throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Our literature is available in English, French, Farsi, German, and Spanish and our first book "Hope, Faith and Courage: Stories from the Fellowship of Cocaine Anonymous" was published in 1994. As of 2010 we estimate that our membership is 48,000 members in over 7,000 groups.
